The 21st Iran International Exhibition of Electricity Industry kicked off in the presence of Iranian Minister of Energy Ali Akbar Mehrabian at Tehran International Exhibition Center on Friday.
The international expo is scheduled to be held from October 29 to November 1. Enthusiasts can visit the exhibition from 9 AM to 5 PM local time.
An inauguration ceremony was held Friday morning in the presence of Iran’s minister of energy, top directors active in electricity industry as well as some foreign guests.
Organizers of the fair have stressed that they observed all health protocols to prevent from transmission of COVID-19. Of course, specialized visitors and economic activists are the only people allowed to visit the event.
Some 284 Iranian and foreign companies display their services and products in the specialized exhibition.
Electrical equipment, wire, cable, automation, transmission lines, employers and measuring instruments are among different sections of the expo.
It is worth mentioning that the Iranian electricity industry has created 150,000 direct job opportunities, and that 2,000 economic enterprises at small, medium and large scales are working in this field.
The Iranian electricity industry enjoys a good infrastructure to expand its capabilities in a bid to have a say in international markets.
