Alireza Peyman-Pak the head of the country’s Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) said that the first transaction in cryptocurrency was done on Tuesday.
“This week, the first official import order was successfully registered with cryptocurrency worth $ 10 million,” Alireza Peyman-Pak the head of Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) said on Tuesday in a post on the virtual space.
“By the end of September, the use of cryptocurrencies and smart contracts will be widely used in foreign trade with target countries,” the TPO head added.
