The 19th Iran International Exhibition of Water and Wastewater and the 13th Iran International Exhibition of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency kicked off at the Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds on Monday.
The opening ceremony of the mentioned exhibition was attended by senior energy officials including Energy Minister Ali-Akbar Mehrabian, IRIB reported.
In the specialized exhibition of Iran’s water and wastewater industry, various products and services including metal pipe fittings, industrial valves, household valves, pumps and rotary machines, industrial water treatment, polymer pipes and fittings, chemicals, paint and coatings, consulting engineering, dam and hydroelectric power plants, education, irrigation and drainage, water transmission lines, domestic water treatment, leak detection, contractor, blower and vacuum, as well as measuring and metering systems are showcased.
One of the goals of holding this important event is to create new job opportunities, introduce the latest products and innovations in the water and wastewater industry, and establish direct communication with customers and companies present at the exhibition.
The Renewable Energy Expo is also held to introduce and identify the capacities and capabilities of producers and investors and inform about the plans, actions, and rules of policymakers.
About 100 domestic companies and 13 representatives of foreign companies in the field of renewable energy and electricity efficiency are presenting their achievements and products in this exhibition.
In this year’s exhibition, representatives from France, Germany, Austria, China, and Japan are showcasing their capabilities and investment potentials.
The participating companies are groups of consultants, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and investors.
Specialized meetings and workshops are also scheduled to be held on the sidelines of this exhibition, and in addition to that, organizations and associations active in the field of renewable energy and electricity efficiency also have a strong and active presence in this exhibition.
Both exhibitions will wrap up on January 25.
